Reiki For Pets

Why is Reiki so ideal for Healing Animals?

Reiki is gentle and non-invasive. It doesn't cause stress, discomfort, or pain, and yet it yields powerful results. Animals respond intuitively to Reiki's power to heal emotional, behavioural, and physical illness and injuries.

For animals that are healthy, Reiki helps to maintain their health, enhances relaxation and provides an emotional sense of piece and contentment.

For animals who are ill, Reiki is a wonderful healing method as well as a safe compliment to Western Medicine, Chinese Medicine, homoeopathy, and other forms of healing. For example, Reiki can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, support an acupuncture treatment and enhance the effects of flower therapy.

How Do You Give a Reiki Treatment?

Giving a Reiki treatment involves the practioner putting her hands lightly on or near the pets body. Different hand positions are used depending on the condition being treated. Often the pet will enter a state of deep relaxation or sleep. Dogs and cats love Reiki. They seem to intuitively understand its power to heal.

Treatment Schedule

Although sometimes, healing can seen in one or two treatments, for continued health and well-being, all pets benefit most from a regularly scheduled program of Reiki.

What is the Cost of a Treatment?

The cost is $30 for a half hour treatment and can be arranged at my home/salon or in your own home. What ever best suits your pet and you. If you are interested in receiving a treatment yourself, it is $50 for an hour.
